The HAS5300 has passed 200,000 hours of testing on Synology hardware, has a Mean Time to Failure (MTTF) rating of 2.5 million hours, and a yearly workload rating of 550TB.

Also featured is a storage capacity of 8TB, a SAS-3 12 Gb/s interface, a 256MB cache, and a rotational speed of 7200 rpm, all of which help to ensure uninterrupted data transfers with sustained speeds of up to 241 MB/s.
