The HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow 7000 s3 is a sheet-feed document scanner for high-volume office scanning. It delivers scan speeds of up to 75 pages per minute or 150 images per minute at 300 ppi.
The scanner uses CMOS CIS technology and provides optical resolution of up to 600 dpi. It offers 24-bit external color depth and 48-bit internal color depth.
Its automatic document feeder holds up to 80 sheets. In addition, the scanner supports two-sided scanning through the ADF. Therefore, users can process both sides of documents during one scanning job.
The recommended daily scan volume reaches 7,500 pages. The ADF supports media from 40 to 413 g/m². It also handles business cards, bank checks, forms, plastic cards, and other supported media.
The scanner supports documents from 50.8 × 50.8mm up to 216 × 3,100mm through the ADF. Furthermore, HP provides advanced misfeed detection and batch processing features.
Scanning software supports OCR, zonal OCR, barcode functions, auto-cropping, background cleanup, page straightening, and color dropout. It also supports scanning to email and cloud destinations.
The scanner supports PDF, searchable PDF, JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF, TXT, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, XML, XPS, and other supported formats. In addition, TWAIN, ISIS, and WIA provide software compatibility.
The device uses USB 3.0 connectivity. It includes a two-line LCD with 16 characters per line and dedicated simplex and duplex scan buttons.
