The GameSir G7 SE Controller is a wired Xbox controller for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10/11. It uses Hall Effect sticks and Hall Effect magnetic sensors for its analog triggers. In addition, it connects through a detachable 3-meter USB-C cable.
The controller includes two mappable back buttons with quick-latch switches. Moreover, GameSir Nexus software supports button mapping, stick and trigger adjustments, vibration settings, and three controller profiles. Users can also switch profiles through button combinations.
The Hall Effect sticks use non-contact magnetic sensors. Furthermore, the analog triggers support a hair-trigger mode through the controller controls. The controller also includes four rumble motors, with two in the grips and two behind the triggers.
For audio, the controller provides a 3.5mm headset jack and a dedicated microphone mute button. In addition, the ABXY buttons use membrane switches. The controller has no battery because it uses a wired USB connection.
The magnetic faceplate supports swapping. Meanwhile, the controller measures 152 × 103 × 63mm and weighs 221g. The package includes the controller, detachable USB-C cable, card, sticker, user manual, and Xbox Game Pass card.
