FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves is a fighting game for PlayStation 5. It is the official sequel to 1999’s Garou: Mark of the Wolves. The game returns players to South Town with a new art style and battle system.
The game features a roster of returning fighters, new characters, and guest fighters. Terry Bogard, Rock Howard, and Mai Shiranui return alongside newcomers such as Vox Reaper and Preecha. Cristiano Ronaldo and DJ Salvatore Ganacci also appear as special guest fighters.
The REV System adds new offensive options during battles. Players can use REV Arts, REV Accel, and REV Blows while managing the REV Meter. Therefore, players must balance aggressive attacks with careful meter control.
The game includes Arcade Mode, online matches, and Episodes of South Town. The single-player RPG experience lets players explore South Town while developing their chosen fighter. Moreover, online modes include ranked, casual, and room matches.
FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves supports one to two local players and two to twelve network players. It also supports two control schemes for different play styles. In addition, the game receives ongoing character and content updates through its season passes.
